Celebrating Sporting Success

It's a new year, and you can look here to see Haydn's sporting superstars and their amazing achievements outside of school.

Year 5's Oscar gained his Paddle Discover Award with Nottingham Kayaking Club. It was a 6 week course, ending today with a 10 mile loop on the Beeston Canal from Trent Bridge. Huge well done Oscar, super achievement!

Year 3's Kit completed the Robin Hood Mini Marathon (1.5miles) in an impressive 22mins! Well done KIt, super achievement.

Year 5's Isaac completed the Robin Hood Mini Marathon. Well done Isaac!

Year 1's Cole passed his swimming stage 1 and 10m badge. Fantastic work Cole!

Year 6's Sam took part in his first White Water Kayaking race! Well done Sam

Year 3's Acaycia gained two different awards at swimming!

Year 2023 - 2024:

		Year 3's Archie achieved his red belt in Aikido	Year 4's Isaac completed his 1st Robin hood mini marathon without stopping!
Year 3's Eva came 2nd with her team in a swimming gala	Year 4's Rana won Player of the Year for his Football team	Year 6's Jacob passed his belt grading in Akido	Year 4's Faith took part in her first circus show
FW's Sophia gained her first kick boxing belt after only starting in September!	FW's Jannat passed her duckling 3 at swimming	Year 3's Issac passed his stage 4 swimming badge. Super swimming!	Year 6's Edith regularly Kayaks and came 2nd in her firs race
Year 2's super team! The played their first tournament and made it to the semi finals.	Year 4's Rana scored to help his team with the match and was awarded Player of the match	Year 6's Oscar has an incredible selection of football trophies,from his team Sherwood FC\	Year 6's Ethan completed his 4th Robin Hood mini marathon in a PB time
Our Assistant Head, Mrs Evans completed the Great North Run to raise money for charity	Year 5's Inaya won a trophy for competing for Sherwood FC all season	Yr 6's Molly and Lyla play football for Arnold Eagles. They won two separate tournaments	Year 4 's Ryna and Rana moved onto stage 2 at ice skating
Year 4's Romy came in the top 3 out of 150+ gymnasts, passing her grade with distinction!	Year 5's Ellis was selected by his swimming club to compete at the county relays	Year 5's Freddie and his U9 football team won their winter league to get promoted	Year 5's Millie passed her ballet exam with a distinction
Year 6's Rose won a silver medal on the bars in her Primary 1 Winter competition	Year 4's Emilia won 3 gold medals at a recent gymnastics competition	Year 4's Eva passed her 50m swimming badge. Super swimming Eva	Year 4's Nakshatraa passed her belt to move to a green belt in aikido
Year 5's Beth passed her stage 3 award at swimming. Well done Beth	Year 4's Romy is a gymnastics superstar!! She regularly competes including county level	Year 6's Oscar and Edith played Dynamos cricket during the summer	Year 4's Rana won 'Man of the Match' award during his football game
Year 6's Oscar completed his Bronze Rookie Lifeguard Award	Year 6's Oscar recently completed his 800m badge at swimming	Year 3's Elsie took up BMXing in September and already competes in regional competitions	MASSIVE congratulations to Year 6's Ethan who completed his 100th Parkrun! Amazing!
